How I got rid of Nail Fungus

Quickly and Definitely

Cause of Nail Fungus

The epidemiology of Nail Fungus vary with several parameters :

  • country : studies reports different infections by countries, but it seems that this approach is not very reliable. A common admittance says that 2 to 15% of the overall population is infected.

  • genre : men are two times more infected than women

  • age : the infection rate grow with the age of the individual. Children are rarely infected, elderly are infected until 20% or more. We don't know really if this is because of the aging itself, with a immune regression or simply because of the greater probability to encounter the infection.

  • hygiene : it appear that this factor is not prominent. Poor hygiene certainly support the infection, but good one doesn't really prevent from it.

  • Nail traumatism as the one supported by sportsmen and certain workers. Many people report an infection after having a shock on their toenail.

  • Frequent immersion in water (swimming pool, collective showers,...)

  • Diabetes : diabetic people are three time likely to have a Nail Fungus

  • Immunodeficiencies (HIV and no HIV)

  • Peripheral vascular diseases

Transmissibility

The Nail Fungus is not very transmissible, but the transmission can occur by repeat contact.

It's the others or secondaries forms of the fungus infections as athlete foot, ring worm, and Tinea Corporis that are much more transmissible by simple contact with the affected region.

Warm and humidity favors the transmission of the fungus.

Also the self reinfection can occur with clothes, particularly socks and shoes, so you will be better to change them after a successful treatment
